Chocolate Bliss Bites

If you are a chocoholic like me these Bliss bites are a perfect snack.
They are full off goodness, energy and taste delicious too.
I have been making bliss bites for a while now trying to get the perfect combination
and this recipe really hits the spot.

Before we get started let me warn you that these are so delicious you will want to consume all at once. Try and resist the temptation though because it defeats the purpose of having these as a nice yummy but healthy treat.

15 Dates
1 cup of Raw Almonds
2 tea spoons of Cacao Powder
1 table spoon of Coconut Oil
1/2 cup of Cacao Nibs
1 tea spoon of Organic Coconut Sugar
Water (if need)

In a processor combine dates, almonds, cacao powder, coconut oil, coconut sugar. Blitz until  mixture is combining together, this may take a couple of minutes. Test mixture to see if it will combine together to form a ball. If it is at the right consistency add cacao nibs in and blitz 3 times. Roll into bite size balls and then rolls in coconut or cacao powder if you wish. Place in the fridge for an hour and then enjoy a yummy afternoon treat to keep you energised after a big day with the kids.
